Responsibilities

• Establish and manage information security policies, procedures, and guidelines, meeting relevant information security regulations related to privacy protection
• Perform privacy and information security impact assessment to ensure that services comply with relevant regulations
• Perform internal IT audit and security assessment to outsourcing vendors
• Provide personal data protection awareness training to employees
• Respond to compliance issue in information security and privacy (in cooperation with global legal and other teams)

 

Basic Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in information security management system
• Must be familiar with Information Security Management System (ISMS), Personal Information Management System (PIMS) and its practices
• Must be familiar with relevant security-related regulations in privacy protection regulations and Taiwan Personal Data Protection Act
• Should have a basic understanding about the software system, such as what the API is used for
• Proactive person who can communicate and work with teams from different countries/departments
• Self-motivated person
• Fluent in English

 

Preferred Qualifications

• Information security certificates, such as ISO27001, CISSP, CISM, or CISA
• Familiar with LINE APIs and platform products
• Working experience in privacy engineering
• Japanese or Korean language skill would be plus
