As a Creative Campaign & Content Assistant Manager of LINE SHOPPING, you will be expected to plan creative concept of LINE SHOPPING campaigns, execute creative activities, develop creative content communications to our users that bring a personal touch and humanization to e-commerce.

 

As you will be part of the founding team, your primary goal is to develop creative content and communication strategy to attract online shoppers to LINE SHOPPING service, create uplift click-through rate, and increase conversion by managing LINE SHOPPING’s creative ideas and content through own, internal, and external media. In this position, you will be encouraged to improve creative communication by bridging the gaps between our value proposition and users’ understanding, lead content and SNS usage, give feedbacks from users’ behavioral data, and be flexible with social media marketing tools and communication strategies based on the shifting user needs. Responsibilities         

  • Plan creative concept, key message, and content structure of LINE SHOPPING’s campaigns by developing strong understanding of user behavioral data and achieve the target of GMV, CTR, and other related key metrics
  • Create content pipeline that can be used across various media channels and aligned with target users in each channel, CI branding, and design guideline
  • Ideate initiatives and creative activities to find effective ways to improve communication
  • Work closely with Design and Production House Agency to develop Campaign CI, Key Visual, creative materials, and multimedia
  • Manage day-to-day operations of briefing creative copies/artworks/storyboards as well as proofreading and checking the quality of graphic and multimedia works before they go live
  • Make sure that all materials are ready for launch and are delivered and displayed at the appropriate time and in the correct quantities
  • Stay one step ahead of competitors by researching current content SNS and media trends
  • Assist Content & SNS Team to build LINE SHOPPING SNS including activities execution to acquire and retain target users
  • Assist Content & SNS Team to launch real-time content for LINE SHOPPING
  • Create and present weekly/monthly report to Content & SNS and Marketing Team Lead
  • Work across the team to produce effective outcomes
  • Have fun while delivering exceptional results

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Arts, Graphic Design, or related fields
  • At least 3+ years of work experience in Creative, Content Marketing, Campaign Marketing for an E-commerce platform or media agency
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects
  • Knowledge and skills in graphic, multimedia, and layout design
  • Knowledge of various social media platforms including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and Tiktok
  • Knowledge in Google Analytics, advertising funnels, and social media management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint)
  • Up-to-date knowledge of current and future online shopping trends
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to understand what will appeal to customers
  • Excellent time-management and prioritization skills
  • Flexibility with full-time schedule, including shift assignments on weekends/evenings (according to campaign schedule)
  • Clear communicator and flexibility in working across marketing functions based on effectiveness of marketing activities
  • Ability to meet deadline, self-management skills and the ability to handle tasks with speed and accuracy
  • Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment and flexibility to quickly adapt to changing customer and business needs
  • Positive attitude, pleasant and energetic personality, and service mindedness
