  • Establish and manage relationships with advertising agencies - Drive deals to closure; Retain and grow revenue from agencies to achieve team targets
  • Manage strategic planning of all agencies to achieve revenue targets
  • Provide agencies with the highest level of sales and customer service
  • Focus on training, onboarding, and activation of agency teams to uncover briefs
  • Work with Advertising Business and Strategy team to establish areas of agency and collaboration that improves overall outcomes for LINE
  • Collaborate with internal local teams, including product, marketing, legal, engineering, and business consulting teams
  • Brainstorm, identify, and implement advertising solutions on LINE's products to deliver measurable results for agencies and clients
  • Analyze data and glean insights to improve the agency strategy and LINE’s marketing solutions



  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, technology, or media
  • 2-5 years of experience in ad sales, marketing, business development, or an advertising agency
  • Demonstrated understanding of digital media platforms and ad metrics
  • Demonstrated experience in working with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent sales skills with a pro-active approach to agencies and given sales target
  • Excellent social skills in building win-win relationships with clients and media agencies at all levels (including C-Suites)
  • Skills and experience in managing sales pipeline, sales strategy planning, and execution
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skill
  • Experience analyzing data and delivering insights
  • Ability to work under pressure with tight timeline and limited resources
  • Self-starter and fast learner with a can-do spirit
  • Excellent verbal and written Thai and English
