We create new, differentiated social commerce services that solve local user needs while leveraging and working with global teams and technologies. As you will be part of the founding team, you will be expected to be quick to change, adapt and learn quickly according to the fast-moving market needs, and enjoy the challenge of launching, scaling, and improving new services at a nationwide scale and going through all the ups and downs that come with it.



  • Identify strategic partner prospects, participate in negotiations, and manage relationships from start to finish to create new seller lead generations programs to engage the sellers on the opportunities of selling their products on LINE SHOPPING
  • Identify trends and opportunities, utilize extensive network of relationships with partners to gather market intelligence, and execute on business development opportunities to develop and launch strategic initiatives related to lead generation to bring qualified sellers into LINE SHOPPING Seller program
  • Partner with and develop strong lead generation channels that include government agencies, associations, logistics service providers, e-commerce/digital marketing agencies, and any other related partners with high potential to enable sellers to sell on LINE SHOPPING
  • Identify, qualify, and manage a pipeline of prospective sellers; drive and regularly review the channel performance of partners; and identify key improvement areas
  • Engage with prospective sellers to understand their needs, gauge fit with LINE and LINE SHOPPING product sets, and cultivate their interest to sell on LINE SHOPPING
  • Work closely with Category Management, LINE SHOPPING Seller Academy, and Product teams to scope and execute a strategic business development plan aligned with our long-term objectives, as well as ensure that we are prioritizing the right initiatives


Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any related field
  • At least 5-7 years of working experience in related fields
  • Strong business development and project management skills, coupled with excellent social skills in building win-win relationships with partners at all levels
  • Ability and experience in managing sales pipeline, sales strategy planning, and execution
  • Ability to think strategically and execute methodically, and adeptness at making data-driven decisions
  • Strong analytic, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • A proven ability to thrive in an ambiguous and constantly changing environment
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, multi-tasked, high-energy environment
  • Self-motivated with a strong “CAN-DO” attitude, full passion for sales, result-oriented, and team player
  • Ability to work under pressure with tight timeline and limited resources


Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in sales or business development in the fields of E-commerce, online services, or digital marketing solutions
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce landscape and its ecosystem
  • Familiarity with the B2B sales cycle and how to employ business development strategies to convert leads, drive adoption, and accelerate growth
