As a Brand Strategy & Communications Manager of LINE SHOPPING, you will be expected to conduct branding strategies, identify key initiatives for building the LINE SHOPPING brand to attract target customers, develop creative directions and activities of LINE SHOPPING branding campaigns, provide customer insights to enhance communication plans, and execute the creative activities through social media and other media that bring a personal touch and humanization to social commerce.

 

As you will be part of the founding team, your primary goal is to develop communication strategy in branding to attract online shoppers to the LINE SHOPPING service, create awareness of LINE SHOPPING, and increase Click-through-Rate and daily active users by managing LINE SHOPPING’s creative ideas and content through own, internal, and external media. In this position, you will be encouraged to improve branding directions and creative communications by bridging the gaps between our value proposition and users’ understanding, leading content and social media usage, giving feedbacks from users’ behavioral data, and being flexible with social media marketing tools and communication strategies based on the shifting user needs. Responsibilities

  • Support Marketing and Content & SNS team leads in developing LINE SHOPPING brand directions and building brand awareness initiatives
  • Plan actionable brand campaign which include but not limited to brand, concepts, key messages, and content structures based on market and customer insights
  • Plan concepts, key messages, and content structures of LINE SHOPPING’s branding campaigns by developing a strong understanding of user behavioral data in relation to the targets of reach, traffic, organic search, and other related key metrics
  • Develop campaigns according to direction and aesthetic alignment with brand governance to enhance brand persona and personality
  • Stay one step ahead of competitors by researching current brand campaigns, social media content, and media trends
  • Assist Content & SNS Team Lead in the direction of creative content, campaign concepts
  • Assist Content & SNS Team Lead in providing strategic approach to build LINE SHOPPING SNS including execution of activities to acquire and retain target users Identify effective approach to measure all performance of branding initiatives and track performance during project execution

 

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field
  • 5+ years of work experience in Brand Strategy, Brand Marketing, Brand Building, Creative & Content Marketing, Strategic Planning, and other related fields for an e-commerce platform or media agency
  • Passion about brand development and highly customer-centric attitude
  • Experience in brand strategy, including how to translate analysis results into clear business recommendations for proposition development, communications, and customer experience

  • Developing a strong understanding of user behavioral data in relation to the targets of reach, traffic, organic search, and other related key metrics
  • Ability to interpret data from various sources and offer creative branding solutions
  • Ability to identify actionable insights, such as trends, data, marketing trends, and competition strategies, in order to make recommendations for management
  • Excellent time-management and prioritization skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
  • Flexibility with full-time schedule, including shift assignments on weekends/evenings (according to campaign schedule)
  • Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment and flexibility to quickly adapt to changing customer and business needs
  • Positive attitude, pleasant and energetic personality, and service mindedness

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge in Google Analytics and other analytics tools
