LINE Marketing & Communications Office is looking for those who have strategic planning and implementation skills to join our Performance Marketing Team. As a Performance Marketing Coordinator, you will be expected to manage media implementation campaigns as daily operations and ad hoc activities, and deep dive into data to push for better media performance and effective marketing activities.



  • Support Performance Marketing Team on assigned campaigns and tasks to drive effective media performance and ensure smooth operations
  • Provide day-to-day support to the senior manager on media implementation and operational tasks (e.g., monitoring, tracking, and reporting of number of media performance of assigned projects; gathering vendor invoices (Facebook) and cascading them to finance and service teams on a monthly basis; etc.)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on media planning implementation and ensure that media planning meets KPI on the assigned projects
  • Closely monitor media performance of responsible campaigns and perform on-going analysis, reporting, and optimization planning for active campaigns to ensure KPI achievement
  • Track, monitor, and analyze competitors in the market to find meaningful insights to support media plan recommendations



  • Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing communications, or any related fields
  • 1-2 years of work experience in media agency or digital media marketing
  • Knowledge in media bidding and monitoring platforms (Facebook Manager, Google Analytics, etc.)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience working cross-functionally
  • Quick learner with analytic thinking as well as implementation skills
  • Open-minded and well adjusted
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Ability to meet deadline, self-management skills, and the ability to handle tasks with speed and accuracy
  • Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment, quickly identify problems, and recommend solutions
  • Positive attitude, pleasant and energetic personality, and service mindedness
