Team: Game Operations

This role is responsible for making LINE GAME operations smooth for the best satisfaction of our customers, as well as supports and evaluates our events and user feedback.



  • Operate in-game events with Product (Planner) and Marketing team
  • Manage internal tools for supporting event objectives, customer support, etc.
  • Prepare documents, rules and regulations for in-game event details
  • Take care of the users and solve their problems to maintain customer satisfaction
  • Evaluate users' feedback, get data insights for on-hand game features, and suggest improvements
  • Perform QA and Language QA to make sure that LINE GAME has the best and most stable products and content
  • Conduct potential game evaluation with multiple testing methods and report test results to the manager
  • Analyze game competitors, features, strengths, weaknesses, and make a recommended list for related teams



  • Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • 1-3 years of work experience in Game or other relevant fields
  • Deep familiarity with the iOS and Android game marketplaces or the PC game market
  • Strong passion for mobile gaming
  • Strong logical thinking and analytic skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong team player with a positive attitude and an eagerness to learn
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented
  • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Ability to communicate in English and Thai
  • Ability to communicate in Japanese, Korean, or Chinese is a plus
