As an Online Merchandising & Campaign Operations Manager of LINE SHOPPING, you will be expected to drive campaign landing page performance, develop operation workflow, manage content and product display schedule, create campaign landing pages, request for artworks, manage daily operations of ad placements, and support internal process operations that ultimately result in effective marketing campaigns.

As you will be part of the founding team, your primary goal is to increase CTR by developing content and product display to attract online shoppers to the LINE SHOPPING service, create browsing behavior, and increase conversion by managing LINE SHOPPING’s Event Menu and Campaign Landing Pages. In this position, you will be encouraged to improve content and display performance, give feedbacks from users’ behavioral data, and be flexible with social media marketing tools and media strategies. Responsibilities

  • Support strategic initiatives ideation and online merchandise planning to achieve the targets of GMV, DAU, MAU, CTR, Returning Traffic Users, and other related key metrics
  • Proactively analyze performance, define areas of improvement, and initiate marketing activities for LINE SHOPPING onsite/own media channels, such as Event Pages or Campaign Landing Pages
  • Identify working process problems and develop operation process improvements
  • Create campaign landing pages, including approving sellers and screening products
  • Manage all assigned sections, ensuring that all products/contents/banners are displayed in the right way, making it easy for customers to discover the products that they want
  • Work cross-functionally to develop campaign schedule and product display pipeline
  • Identify attractive contents, key trends, and stories to ensure that campaign landing pages and all assigned areas are effectively merchandised
  • Report and monitor performance to optimize conversion by working closely with Strategic Planning, Marketing Campaign, and Category Management team
  • Manage and execute all display activities on time without error
  • Follow up on artwork requests/production and prepare materials for posting and rotating banners, products, sellers, and product collections
  • Support operation tasks to request for artworks, terms and conditions, and other related internal processes
  • Assist campaign planners in booking media slots, creating blogs, generating links, and finding product images to create artworks

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree Marketing, Communication, or a related field
  • 5+ years of work experience in Online Merchandising or Marketing Operations for an e- commerce platform
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills, coupled with proficiency in data and onsite performance analysis
  • Basic knowledge of advertising funnels and social media management
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Clear communicator with the ability to create and manage creative communication campaigns
  • Up-to-date knowledge of current and future online shopping trends
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to understand what will appeal to customers
  • Flexibility in working across marketing functions based on effectiveness of marketing campaigns
  • Flexibility with full-time schedule, including shift assignments on weekends/evenings (according to campaign schedule)
  • Self-management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and handle tasks with speed and accuracy
  • Positive attitude, pleasant and energetic personality, and service mindedness

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of other graphic design programs, ads bidding, and Google Analytics
  • Ability to query data from database and knowledge in SQL
