[Responsibilities] 

• Project Management and support (ISO/IEC 27001, PIMS, DevSecOps, Security education, ..)
• Security Incident Handling, play a role as a commander, communication hub for Business Division, Development teams, Customer Care, PR and GR, public announcement coordination
• Review and respond to security or privacy related issues which may occur in service or corporate environment, in cooperation with security team members
• Operating local Security Committee
• Security team management (team building, people management, budget control)
• LINE Taiwan security team strategy and improvement planning and project development
• LINE Taiwan security branding (publishing articles, blog, hosting event, ..)
• Communication with local GM, CxO, global security team and CISO board

 

[Requirements]

• 3+ years’ experience of managing or leading IT security team

• 3+ years' experience of IT security engineering or information security (e.g. pen testing, forensic, security solution operation, ISMS, PIMS, ..)

• Must be familiar with Information Security Management System (ISMS), Personal Information Management System (PIMS) and its practices

• Must be familiar with relevant security-related regulations in privacy protection regulations and Taiwan Personal Data Protection Act.

• Must have a well understanding of any information technology and security for internet services e.g. crypto, network, web app security, ..

• Proactive person who can communicate and work with teams from different countries/departments

• Self-motivated person who can challenges for resolving problem, even though it is the first time experience

• Fluent English

 

[Preferred Skills and Qualifications]

• Information security qualification, such as ISO27001 audit, CISSP, CISM, or CISA

• Familiar with LINE APIs and platform products

• Working experience in privacy engineering

• Japanese or Korean language skill would be plus
