As a Creative Campaign & Content Operations / Assistant Manager of LINE SHOPPING, you will be expected to plan creative concepts of LINE SHOPPING campaigns, execute the creative activities, and develop creative content communications that bring out a personal touch and humanization of e-commerce to our users.


As you will be part of the founding team, your primary goal is to develop creative content and communication strategies to attract online shoppers to the LINE SHOPPING service, create uplift click-to rate, and increase conversion by managing LINE SHOPPING’s creative ideas and content through own, internal, and external media. In this position, you will be encouraged to improve creative communications by bridging the gaps between our value proposition and users’ understanding, leading content and SNS usage, giving feedbacks from users’ behavioral data, and being flexible with social media marketing tools and communication strategies based on shifting user needs.   • Plan creative concepts, key messages, content structures of LINE SHOPPING’s campaigns by developing a strong understanding of user behavioral data, in order to achieve the target of GMV, CTR, and other related key metrics
  • Create content pipelines that can be used across various media channels and are aligned with target users in each channel, CI branding, and design guidelines
  • Ideate initiatives and creative activities to find effective ways to improve communication
  • Work closely with design and production house agencies to develop campaign CI, key visual, creative materials, and multimedia
  • Manage day-to-day operations of briefing creative copies/artworks/storyboards, proofreading, and checking the quality of the graphic and multimedia work before they go live
  • Make sure that all materials are ready to launch, delivered, and displayed at the appropriate time and in the correct quantities
  • Stay one step ahead of competitors by researching current content SNS and media trends
  • Assist EC Content & SNS Team to build LINE SHOPPING SNS including activities execution, in order to acquire and retain target users
  • Assist EC Content & SNS Team to launch real-time content for LINE SHOPPING
  • Create weekly/monthly reports for Content & SNS and Marketing Team Lead
  • Work across the team to produce effective outcomes
  • Have fun while delivering exceptional results



  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Arts, Design, or a related field
  • 3+ years of work experience in Creative, Content Marketing, Campaign Marketing for an E-commerce platform or media agency
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects
  • Knowledge and skills in graphic, multimedia, and layout design
  • Knowledge of various social media platforms including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and Tiktok
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, advertising funnels, and social media management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint)
  • Ability to stay up-to-date of current and future online shopping trends
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to understand what will appeal to customers
  • Excellent time-management and prioritization skills
  • Flexibility with full-time schedules, including shift assignments on weekends/evenings (according to campaign schedules)
  • Clear communicator and flexibility in working across marketing functions based on effectiveness of marketing activities
  • Ability to meet deadline, self-management skills, and the ability to handle tasks with speed and accuracy
  • Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment and quickly adapt to changing customer and business needs
  • Positive attitude, pleasant and energetic personality, and service mindedness
