We are looking for an awesome operation supporter to join LINE E-Commerce Merchant Development Team. Your role is to be in charge of the internal operational processes for all projects of Merchant Development team to run smoothly and efficiently based on the team’s OKRs.

 

You will own and co-ordinate with relevant internal teams in order to help the business team focus and drive team performance. You are right for this role if you are very attentive to details, good in communication, multi-tasking is your second nature, and people always thank you for making their work easier (you are that good).

 

You will be a part of LINE’s E-Commerce services related to E Commerce enablement and a part of a rapidly evolving service. This means you have to love working in a fast-paced environment with high autonomy and be very result-driven. You will also have the opportunity to initiate your ideas to the business team and help turn them into reality.

 

Responsibilities

  • Be in charge of all internal operational processes of the team’s projects, such as budget approval process, payment process, compliance approval process, legal process, etc.
  • Co-ordinate with the business team or project owners to understand the project details and run all internal operational processes which are required for each project
  • Co-ordinate with other LINE functions such as finance, compliance, procurement, legal, and information security teams to help the business team focus on their core OKRs
  • Own and track on-going internal operational processes to ensure all projects can be released on time and smoothly based on LINE policy
  • Work with other internal operations specialists from other teams to improve the way of working if necessary

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field
  • 3+ years of work experience in office/team administration, general administration, accounting, legal administration, or a related field
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel)
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to write business emails and forms in English
  • Ability to perform with minimal guidance
  • Ability to work well within and across teams
