Team Description

• LINE Pay Transaction Data reconciliation
• Billing Operation for LINE Pay Merchants and Partners
• Billing Process Build and Management
• System Function Planning Support

 

Responsibilities

Billing Operation:

• Data reconcile between LINE Pay and Business partners
• Cash flow report of each LINE Pay business
• Plan expense budget, handle payment or collection
•  Communicate with merchant sides for billing related issues

Strategic planning and organization:

• Build-up and maintenance in billing process for new project and business
• Define billing strategy for business operation
• Response to the inquiries from internal and external partner based on good knowledges on billing operation

 

Qualifications

Required:

• Handle multi-works with detail-oriented attitude in given times
• Strong capability in statistics, analysis and huge data handle
• Efficient and good communication skills to response internal and external inquiries
• Positive attitude in learning/challenging
• Strong sense of teamwork and collaboration

Preferred:

• Financial / Accounting background
• Over 2 years experiences in Billing operation
• Work experience in Credit card business
