CLOVA Technical Account Manager
As a senior CLOVA Technical Account Manager, you will drive enterprise clients and technical partners to adapt and use the pioneer CLOVA technologies including CLOVA Chatbot, CLOVA Face, CLOVA OCR.
Your solid understanding of AI technologies and customer-facing skills enables you to provide the best practices of CLOVA solutions and offer the strategic technical guidance to clients.
You will leverage your knowledge of CLOVA solution, troubleshooting skills, and architecture design experience to resolve the technical issues when clients/ technical partners needs technical consultation.
- Providing strong technical and analytical expertise of CLOVA solutions.
- Partnership with sales team to onboard and deliver values to new clients.
- Contribution to successful consulting engagement such as technical presentation of CLOVA, information sharing of latest AI technologies from markets.
- Building relationship with technical partners proactively.
- Solid understanding of AI technologies such as NLP, face detection, OCR, etc.
- Experience in a technical and customer-facing role.
- Experience with technical partnership management.
- 5+ years of relevant experience, Bachelor’s degree above or equivalent experience.
- Strong problem-solving ability, data-driven working attitude.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in Chinese and English.
- Experience with Machine Learning and Deep Learning projects is a plus.
