Responsibilities
- Set up new accounts for new partners, train them, familiarize them with LINE TODAY system and take them live on the system
- Provide accessible and prompt support to partners and be in constant touch with partners for any issues they face
- Provide a high level of support that will continually improve the relationship with partners
- Liaise with related internal teams for any technical issues found between the system and the partners
- Monitor for and identify content numbers/trends/issues to report to leadership and develop action plans for resolution if needed
- Create XML RSS feed for partners if needed
- Build appropriate and useful report by using SQL query
- Travel to partners’ locations to support them with technical issues if appropriate
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or a related field
- 3+ years in technical support roles with strong XML RSS feed and SQL knowledge
- Experience of working in a start-up environment
- Genuine problem-solving attitude and sense of ownership
- Excellent teamwork skills with an independent, proactive and positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
- High level of resilience and ability to deal with people of different personalities
- Time-management skills and the ability to establish reasonable and attainable deadlines for resolution
- Native proficiency in Thai and fair proficiency in English
