LINE TODAY – Partner Technical Support (1-year contract)

  • Set up new accounts for new partners, train them, familiarize them with LINE TODAY system and take them live on the system
  • Provide accessible and prompt support to partners and be in constant touch with partners for any issues they face
  • Provide a high level of support that will continually improve the relationship with partners
  • Liaise with related internal teams for any technical issues found between the system and the partners
  • Monitor for and identify content numbers/trends/issues to report to leadership and develop action plans for resolution if needed
  • Create XML RSS feed for partners if needed
  • Build appropriate and useful report by using SQL query
  • Travel to partners’ locations to support them with technical issues if appropriate



  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or a related field
  • 3+ years in technical support roles with strong XML RSS feed and SQL knowledge
  • Experience of working in a start-up environment
  • Genuine problem-solving attitude and sense of ownership
  • Excellent teamwork skills with an independent, proactive and positive attitude
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
  • High level of resilience and ability to deal with people of different personalities
  • Time-management skills and the ability to establish reasonable and attainable deadlines for resolution
  • Native proficiency in Thai and fair proficiency in English
