In this position, you will be a part of SME Team to drive the growth of SME through LINE for Business products by working closely with Marketing, Communications, and Advertising Business teams, as well as external partners.



  • Research and identify business opportunities (including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services, etc.) or new ways of reaching existing markets
  • Initiate business models and marketing campaigns for LINE for Business products and services to penetrate SME market
  • Plan, drive, and validate go-to-market execution for user subscription as well as revenue generation
  • Develop good understanding of various businesses' products and services and educate partners accordingly
  • Lead and run both online and offline seminars/events such as LIVE via LINE media channel or external media partners
  • Be a spokesperson at seminars/events as assigned
  • Work closely with Marketing & Communications, Advertising Business, Communications, Customer Insights, Legal and other external stakeholders to ensure all plans are well-executed and delivered within timeline
  • Track and analyze campaign performance as well as develop proactive improvement plans


Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field
  • 3-8 years of work experience in Marketing, Business Development, Communication, or a related field
  • Ability to speak in public, provide trainings and keep good relations with stakeholders
  • Deep interest in digital marketing, online ecosystem, technology and business innovations, as well as eagerness to continuously learn
  • Experience carrying a revenue target with the ability to develop compelling strategies and implement tactics that deliver team results
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Professional proficiency in spoken and written Thai and English


Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous background in e-commerce
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build consensus and effective project management expertise
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical capabilities, data-driven attitude, and the ability to develop creative/non-traditional solutions for challenging, undefined problems
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Methodical, well-organized, detail-oriented aptitude
  • Flexible team player who possess self-initiative, leadership skills, and can-do attitude
