Product managers do whatever it takes to amplify their product impact on the customer experience and business. They immerse themselves in research, feedback, data discussion, and the market. They craft thoughtful, inspiring narratives for where the products should go as well as define the best path (strategic plan) to get there.

 

Responsibilities

  • Set product strategy for local (TH) market to maximize business impact
  • Clearly articulate the business value to product team (global team) so that they understand the intent behind a new product or an enhancement to an existing product
  • Act as an expert and develop and maintain deep understanding of your product
  • Analyse the market and competitive conditions to make sure that your product is differentiated and delivers unique value based on local (TH) customer demands
  • Translate product strategy into an execution plan
  • Define product release plans
  • Develop and create ideas that will deliver value to users and customers
  • Ensure that feedbacks and requests are seemlessly integrated into the product planning and development process
  • Communicate the status of ideas or feedback back to internal teams who submitted them
  • Prioritise features by ranking them against product strategic goals and initiatives
  • Make trade-off decisions based on the value that new features will deliver to your customer and business
  • Lay out well-researched trade-offs, set timetables, and structure great discussions
  • Balance quality with demands of time and scope
  • Define and track key metrics that matter and align the whole organization around products

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, computer science, economics, marketing, or an equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of proven working experience in product management, product positioning and forecasting, or consultancy in these fields
  • Excellent communication skills to facilitate smooth conveyance of information to cross-functional teams
  • Experience analyzing and evaluating acquired information with various analytic tools
  • Experience developing product positioning strategies and translating them into tangible results
