Team: Commercial PMO & Strategy



  • Oversee and monitor commercial projects, including revenue and operation performance across products and channels to ensure target/timeline achievement, as well as champion performance outlook reports
  • Collaborate and manage with global and local teams to ensure alignment among stakeholders
  • Self-manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
  • Work closely with business and product teams on data-driven insights to drive strategic directions for product and go-to-market strategies
  • Analyze financial data to conduct long-term and short-term revenue planning with budget and resource implications
  • Build revenue forecast models based on business strategies, promotional plans, marketing plans, feature go-live schedules and other business assumptions
  • Monitor and analyze business performance, deliver management reports and draw strategic insights on a regular basis
  • Understand and communicate financial and operational impacts of all business matters
  • Support data-driven decisions by providing financial and/or quantitative analyses
  • Collaborate with other teams to define, develop, and manage projects
  • Lead and drive the development of new services
  • Coordinate with other teams to deliver outcomes on any ad hoc tasks as required


Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or above in business, finance, marketing or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in financial analysis, project management, management consulting, or a related field
  • Strong leadership and high accountability, with the ability to develop close working relationships with key internal stakeholders
  • Extremely good proficiency with numbers and experience in building complex business/financial models
  • Expertise in using Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to work well in a very fast-moving environment with tight schedule and extended hours
  • Detail-oriented and analytical mindset
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work both independently and with others
  • Passion for LINE products and services
  • Professional proficiency in Thai and English (both speaking and writing)


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience or knowledge in digital media
  • Experience with analytics platforms
