LINE is one of the largest platforms for businesses to connect, engage, and transact with consumers. As the MyShop Academy Team Lead of LINE E-Commerce Team, you will be working to lead and manage your team to engage & educate independent SMEs, entrepreneurs, and brands on how to efficiently use LINE’s e-commerce tool (MyShop) & other services as well as other common digital marketing tools to be able to start & scale a business in Thailand. As you will be part of the founding team, you will be expected to be quick to change, then adapt and learn quickly according to the fast-moving market needs. We look to create new ideas for the market, so creativity and flexibility will be an important part of your skillset. 



  • Lead MyShop academy team to groom social sellers to efficiently use our MyShop tool and be able to sell products and services in our LINE e-commerce platform
  • Lead the development of training programs, training materials, seller community, annual and periodical conferences and events – whatever is needed to best engage and equip Thailand’s merchants with what they need to be successful
  • Understand multiple use cases, seller needs, and seller profiles from multiple industries (e.g., fashion, beauty, travel, food, retail) and advise the best ways to use LINE’s and common digital marketing tools to achieve commercial and operational excellence
  • Work with related teams to manage all forms of seller communications and community to ensure that sellers are up-to-date with latest features and information
  • Identify & create partnerships with key players that can help with reaching out and educating our target sellers
  • Initiate and develop MyShop loyalty programs for MyShop sellers as seller retention programs
  • Evaluate efficiency of business procedures according to organizational OKRs and apply improvements accordingly


Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
  •  6+ years of working experience in related fields
  • Understanding of Social Commerce, SMEs, and independent entrepreneurs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Quick learner, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Positive and energetic personality as well as the ability to motivate others
  • Strong leadership, team management, recruiting, networking, and communication skills


Preferred Qualifications

  • Deep knowledge and passion for e-commerce industries & entrepreneurship
