LINE is the largest platform for business to connect, engage, and transact with consumers.  As Merchant Incubation Team Lead of LINE E-Commerce Team, you will be working to lead and manage your team to engage & incubate independent SMEs, entrepreneurs, and brands on how to efficiently use LINE’s e-commerce tool (MyShop) & other services as well as other common digital marketing tools to be able to start & scale a business in Thailand.

 

[Responsibilities]

 

  • Lead Merchant Incubation team to groom social sellers to adopt and efficiently use our MyShop tool and be able to sell products and services in our LINE e-commerce platform
  • Lead development of key initiatives to achieve seller incubation of our tool and platform
  • Identify and create partnerships with key strategic players that can help stimulating seller incubation process
  • Work with teams to develop training programs, seller community, seller testimonials, annual and periodical conferences, and events – whatever is needed to best engage and equip Thailand’s merchants with what they need to be successful
  • Understand multiple use cases, seller needs, and seller profile from multiple industries ie. fashion, beauty, travel, food retail and be able to advise the best ways to use LINE’s and common digital marketing tools to be achieve commercial and operational excellence
  • Work with related teams to manage all forms of seller communications and community to ensure that sellers are up to date with latest features and information
  • Initiate and develop MyShop loyalty programs for MyShop sellers as a seller retention program
  • Evaluate efficiency of business procedures according to organizational OKRs and apply improvements

 

[Qualifications]

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field
  • 8-10+ years of working experience in related fields
  • Understanding of Social Commerce, SMEs, and independent entrepreneurs
  • Deep knowledge and passion for e-commerce industries & entrepreneurship is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Quick learner, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Be positive and energetic and able to motivate others
  • Strong leadership, team management, recruiting, networking, and communication skills
