LINE Global Customer Care team is dedicated to providing exceptional experience for our customers. We provide not only our services to resolve the customer issues and inquiries but also that WOW experience to make them come back and use our LINE services.

 

This position is responsible for handling and resolving customer queries about LINE products and services and delivering the best services to customers. In this role, you have to communicate effectively with the team on a daily basis and assist Customer Care Senior Operators (SOP) to achieve TH Customer Care KPI target and goals.

 

Responsibilities

  • Handle and resolve customer queries about LINE products and services via email in Thai and English
  • Properly handle cases and customer complaints; identify, analyze, and prioritize customer issues; and escalate them to higher levels or cross-functional teams to resolve the issues in time
  • Deliver the best services to customers and achieve the highest customer satisfaction with the right procedures
  • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys to improve LINE service
  • Process user-related answering of customer inquiries in LIUS program (LINE’s internal program)
  • Ensure the best quality of work and communicate effectively with the team on a daily basis
  • Complete special projects and/or other tasks as assigned

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in related fields
  • New graduates are welcome
  • Quick learning, analytic, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize those tasksm and meet deadlines
  • Highly energetic, self-motivated, and positive working attitude
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or other relevant software
  • Fair command of spoken and written English
