CB_Reseller Senior Partner Manager

We are searching for candidates who are proactive and passionate about LINE Ads-solutions. The senior partner manager will act as a point of contact for LINE resellers. He/She will build long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with their contacts, always striving to find the products which best fit the individual needs of the resellers and  achieve the revenue goal.

In this role, you will be in charge of the reseller training and education programs, monitor and improve the overall performance generated by resellers. This role requires critical thinking and excellent communication skills which clearly articulate the values of our products for our partners to boost the revenue through incentive plans ,workshops and any related programs. 

To succeed in this position, candidates should have excellent communication, problem-solving skills and great sales skills.

 

Responsibilities

  • Communicating with LINE resellers (https://tw.linebiz.com/partner/sales-partner/) to understand their needs and explain how LINE Biz solutions can help their business.
  • Building up strong relationships with LINE resellers’ C level based on trust and respect.
  • Giving  training workshops to teach resellers how to sell LINE ads products.
  • Plan yearly kick-off workshops with LINE resellers’ C level to focus on the target.
  • Responsible for partners' yearly contract negotiation, including revenue share, billing process, co-marketing execution etc..
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including legal team, finance and review team to achieve revenue goal
  • Screen new resellers qualifications and hunt potential resellers.
  • Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate reseller need fulfillment
  • Understand and share key market trends and competition.

 

Basic Qualifications

  • 6~8 years+ of experience in digital marketing sales field
  • Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent active listening skills.
  • Understanding of partners' ecology.
  • Passion for LINE products and digital technology.
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
