Head of Business Development (LINE Ads Platform)

You will be Head of Business Development under SME Team to drive LINE Ads Platform (LAP) in terms of both revenue and number of account in SME market. While leading the team, you will also need to work closely with other cross-functional teams such as Marketing team, Advertising Business team, as well as external partners.



  • Identify business opportunities, clarify market segmentation, run competitor analysis to ensure accurate understanding of the overall market
  • Acquire and maintain full understanding of LINE Ads Platform and competitors’ ads platforms
  • Initiate business model, go-to-market strategy, and marketing campaigns to penetrate LAP in SME market as well as retain them
  • Manage P&L which include conducting ROI analysis for each campaign and managing marketing budget
  • Lead and coach the team
  • Lead and develop end-to-end execution plans such as education, monthly campaigns, success stories, and online/offline seminars or events to drive awareness as well as revenue generation
  • Identify strategic partners to drive new users and retain existing users
  • Working closely with Marketing, Advertising Business, PR, Legal, others cross-functional team, and other external partners to ensure the plans are well-executed and delivered within timeline
  • Validate all activities’ performance, key takeaways, and develop proactive improvement plans for the next activities


Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any related field
  • 5-10 years of experience in Advertising, Marketing, Business Development
  • Ability to be a spokesperson and great interpersonal skills
  • Deep interest in digital marketing, online ecosystem, technology, and business innovations, coupled with an eagerness to continuously learn
  • Experience carrying a revenue target with the ability to develop compelling strategies and implement tactics that deliver team results
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Professional proficiency in Thai and English, both spoken and written


Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous background in E-commerce and/or digital marketing
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build consensus, with project management expertise
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical capabilities, data-driven with the ability to develop creative/non-traditional solutions for challenging, undefined problems
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Methodical, well-organized, and detail-oriented
  • Flexible team player who possesses self-initiative, leadership skill, and can-do attitude
