In this position, you will be a part of SME Business Team to drive the growth of SMEs through LINE for Business products by working closely with Marketing, Communications, and Advertising Business teams, as well as external partners.

 

Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities to drive positive business impact for LINE for SME Business
  • Establish go-to-market strategy and manage end-to-end activities (campaigns, education plans), including their operations from ideation, execution, and performance tracking, in order to drive SME market expansion as well as revenue generation
  • Manage end-to-end project implementation from campaign creation, communication plans and execution, performance tracking, and validation with improvement plans
  • Oversee and manage existing projects such as Verified Account project to ensure KPI is achieved through the number of new accounts and generated revenue
  • Work closely with Marketing & Communications, Advertising Business, Communications, Insights, Legal, and other external stakeholders to ensure the plans are well-executed and delivered within a set timeline
  • Oversee direct communications with customers through online channels, monitor and maximize customer lifetime value strategies, ensure maximum profitability, and ensure the database is segmented effectively for targeted marketing activities
  • Keep up to date with consumer behavior, market trends, e-commerce platforms and digital marketing strategies through SME research projects with Insights team

 

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, science, or any related field
  • 3-7 years of experience in Marketing, Business Development, or Consulting in mobile, technology, or digital fields
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables) and ability to create complex project plans and perform complex analyses
  • Experience in data analysis, tracking, and visualization
  • Deep interest in digital marketing, online ecosystem, technology, and business innovations, with eagerness to continuously learn
  • Experience carrying a revenue target with the ability to develop compelling strategies and implement tactics that deliver team results within an agreed timeline
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Fluency in spoken and written Thai and English

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous background in E-commerce
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build consensus, along with effective project management expertise
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical capabilities, data-driven, with the ability to develop creative/non-traditional solutions for challenging, undefined problems
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Methodical, well-organized, detail-oriented
  • Flexible team player who possesses self-initiative, leadership skills, and can-do attitude
