E-Commerce - Project Manager (CRM System) (1-year contract)

Responsibilities

  • Understand as-is processes, and analyze users' and document requirements
  • Support the completion and delivery of assigned projects within set timelines and gather requirements through networking with related teams
  • Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress
  • Manage changes to the project scopes and schedules
  • Monitor the project performance, update status reports to all stakeholders on a weekly basis using appropriate tools and techniques, advise possible solutions to solve problems and issues, and continuously improve project effectiveness
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and implementors to coordinate monitoring of project timelines
  • Organize and escalate collective feedback to provide input for continuous improvement of the projects
  • Complete special projects and/or other tasks as assigned

 

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any related field
  • 3-4 years of work experience in IT project management or any related field
  • 2+ years of work experience in a fast-paced project management role
  • Experience working cross-functionally
  • Quick learner with analytic, logical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Strong project and change management as well as implementation skills
  • Time management skills with efficiency and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or other relevant software applications
  • Excellent communication skills, written and oral
  • Good command of spoken and written English

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in tech industry
  • Technical savviness and demonstrated understanding of digital tools and solutions (Salesforce, Google Analytics, Marketing Technology)
  • Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce
  • Highly motivated self-starter with a positive mindset and can-do attitude
