At LINE’s Account Advertising Team, we oversee unique advertising solutions, such as LINE Official Account, API-related products, MyCustomer, Mission Stickers, LINE Points, and many more. We aim to provide the best business solutions for a wide range of customers, from SMEs to large corporates while leveraging and working with global teams and technologies.

 

As a Product Support, you will be a key person to support our external clients, who are users of Account Advertising products, to use our service successfully. You will be expected to master the product knowledge and technical features quickly, work collaboratively with local and global counterparts, and continuously push for improvement and development.

 

Responsibilities

  • Act as an expert in LINE’s Account Advertising products (e.g., LINE Official Account, LINE Sponsored Stickers, LINE Point, LINE Live, etc.) for external clients and internal cross-functional teams, by providing guidance and consultation on product features, design, guidelines, and issues to meet requirements
  • Provide end-to-end operational support (e.g., LINE Official Account operations, Sponsored Stickers design review and set-up, reporting, troubleshooting, booking slots, documentation)
  • Coordinate with LINE Global Product team, Global Stickers team, and other relevant teams to ensure that Account Advertising products are operating well in the Thai market
  • Handle and resolve product issues raised from external clients, conduct root cause analysis, transfer and escalate complex issues summary to the LINE Global Product team or other relevant teams (such as Engineering, Information Security, Legal teams, etc.) when required
  • Take responsibility for the immediate troubleshooting and negotiating on urgent issues
  • Access and analyze product performance, insights, and report to support/offer recommendations that will add value to cross-functional teams

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience working in technology/digital industry
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Experience working effectively with cross-function teams
  • Ability to work well under pressure in fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in Thai and English
