IT Admin (1-year contract)

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day general IT support via internal LINE Official Account and dispatch jobs to a related person
  • Handle and monitor on IT ticket system including following up and completing tickets
  • Maintain and manage IT stock and ensure correct asset labelling
  • Prepare and ensure that meeting room devices and access control system work smoothly
  • Set up and prepare IT devices and laptops (MacBook and Windows laptops) and securely wipe all data from returned laptops
  • Work closely with local and global IT Support
  • Check, update, and report IT inventory
  • Support users on office equipment at station
  • Perform other tasks and projects assigned by supervisor or hiring manager (including but not limited to processing documents, providing trainings to employees, etc.)

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science or a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in IT support or IT help desk
  • Knowledge in Microsoft platforms and other common desktop applications on Mac and Windows
  • Strong interpersonal skills and good service mind
