Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day general IT support via internal LINE Official Account and dispatch jobs to a related person
- Handle and monitor on IT ticket system including following up and completing tickets
- Maintain and manage IT stock and ensure correct asset labelling
- Prepare and ensure that meeting room devices and access control system work smoothly
- Set up and prepare IT devices and laptops (MacBook and Windows laptops) and securely wipe all data from returned laptops
- Work closely with local and global IT Support
- Check, update, and report IT inventory
- Support users on office equipment at station
- Perform other tasks and projects assigned by supervisor or hiring manager (including but not limited to processing documents, providing trainings to employees, etc.)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in IT support or IT help desk
- Knowledge in Microsoft platforms and other common desktop applications on Mac and Windows
- Strong interpersonal skills and good service mind
