This position is expected to drive Education Program with the passion to deliver the knowledge and know-how to utilize LINE for Business solutions in SME market effectively. The goal is to not only initiate go-to-market communication plans, but also run an end-to-end operation process aiming to deliver the right message to the right target at the right time. By driving the Education Program such as LINE Certified Coach, SME BizTalk, SME Bootcamp, you need to work closely with external partner as well as other cross-functional teams such as Marketing team, Advertising Business team, etc.

 

Responsibilities

  • Lead or/and manage overall Education Program (LINE Certified Coach, SME Bootcamp, SME Biz Talk, Call Center) by initiating an education model and creating content with key messages
  • Initiate go-to-market communication with execution plans while working with both internal and external partners to deliver the message to the market aiming to drive effectiveness of platform usage
  • Acquire and maintain full basic understanding of LINE for Business solutions such as Official Account, LINE Ads Platforms, LINE Family Club, and LINE Shopping
  • Develop monthly and quarterly programs, success stories, online/offline seminars, or events to drive awareness as well as revenue generation
  • Work closely with Marketing, Advertising Business, Corporate Communications, Legal, others cross-functional teams, and other external partners to ensure the plans are well-executed and delivered within timeline
  • Validate all activities’ performance and key takeaways, as well as develop proactive improvement plans for the next activities

 

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any related field
  • 5-10 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Partnerships, Business Development, E-commerce
  • Ability to be a spokesperson and great interpersonal skill
  • Deep interest in digital marketing, online ecosystem, technology, and business innovations, along with eagerness to continuously learn
  • Experience carrying a revenue target with the ability to develop compelling strategies and implement tactics that deliver team results
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Professional proficiency in Thai and English

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous background in E-commerce or digital marketing
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build consensus, coupled with effective project management expertise
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical capabilities, data-driven, with the ability to develop creative/non-traditional solutions for challenging, undefined problems
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and multi-tasking capability
  • Methodical, well-organized, detail-oriented
  • Flexible team player who possesses self-initiative, leadership skills, and can-do attitude
