As a Merchandising & Campaign Operations of LINE SHOPPING, you will be expected to develop content and product display schedules, create campaign landing pages, request artworks, manage daily operations of ad placements, and support internal process operations to contribute to effective marketing campaigns.


As you will be part of the founding team, your primary goal is to develop content to attract online shoppers to LINE SHOPPING service and increase conversion by managing LINE SHOPPING’s own media inventory (e.g., LINE SHOPPING Home Page, Event Page, and LINE Wallet Page). You will be encouraged to improve content and display performance, give feedbacks from users’ behavioral data, and be flexible with social media marketing tools and media strategies. We are only interested in working with pioneers who want to make a difference and enjoy the challenge of launching, scaling, and analyzing new services at a nationwide scale.



  • Create campaign landing pages which include sellers and products screening
  • Manage all assigned sections, ensuring that all products are displayed in the right way, making it easy for customers to discover products that they desire
  • Work cross-functionally to develop campaign schedules and product display pipelines
  • Support operational tasks to request artworks, terms and conditions, and other related internal processes, including back-end systems
  • Identify attractive contents, key trends, and stories to ensure that campaign landing pages and all assigned areas are effectively merchandised
  • Monitor performance to optimize conversion by working closely with Strategic Planning, Marketing Campaign, and Category Management teams
  • Manage and execute all display activities on time without errors
  • Follow up with artwork production and prepare materials in regard to posting and rotating banners, products, sellers, and product collections



  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or relevant fields
  • 1+ year of experience in Online Merchandising or Marketing Operations for e-commerce platforms
  • Basic knowledge in advertising funnels and social media management
  • Basic knowledge in using Adobe Photoshop
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of other graphic design programs, ad bidding, and Google Analytics is a plus
  • Clear communication skill with the ability to create and manage creative communication campaigns
  • Flexibility in working across marketing functions based on effectiveness of marketing campaigns
  • Ability to meet deadline, self-management skills, and the ability to handle tasks with speed and accuracy
  • Positive attitude, pleasant and energetic personality, and service mindedness
