Business Development Ｍanager
Business development team is in charge of developing business opportunities and generating revenue for LINE Pay.
BD manager needs to build long-term relationships with existing partners, find new partners, and drive sales.
We are looking for a passionate candidate who is willing to turn possibility to reality, and to expand the team with energy and strategy when we are actively developing business opportunities.

- Develop new business with strategic partners
- Identify and close opportunities across potential new partners to achieve sales targets
- Analyze business performance, make ideas to enhance service and increase revenue
- Identify financial market trend and develop service requirements with well understanding of users and partners needs
- Liaise with cross-functional teams among multi-countries and lead communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Project management and regular service maintenance
- 5+ years experience in Fintech industry or banks
- Familiar with Mobile App service
- Understanding of financial industry, especially fintech and future development trends
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to develop strong working relationships inside and outside the company
- Excellent analytical skills with a good problem-solving attitude
- Innovative and passionate about the internet, mobile payment, financial technology and LINE Pay
- Good working attitude and detail-oriented
- Able to work in a flexible and dynamic manner under fast-changing working environment, especially the Company is rapidly growing
- Confident in business presentation to audiences including seniors and cooperating partners
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese
