LINE Shopping Mall is an e-commerce solution under LINE Shopping, embedded in LINE App and portable on almost every mobile phone in Taiwan. It leverages LINE Official Account by integrating group deals, live broadcasts, membership database, and all LINE Family services, bringing all enterprises a simpler commerce solution to adapt to LINE ecosystem. 

As you will be part of the founding team, you will be expected to be quick to change and adapt and learn quickly according to the fast-moving market needs. You should be able to plan the action with excellent team communication skills, high execution ability, and a result-oriented attitude. We look to create new ideas for the market, so creativity and flexibility will be an important part of your skill set.

 

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for including but not limited to managing seller’s portfolio and driving the category promotional strategy, negotiating for special deals with sellers
  • Develop operation strategies based on sellers and market trends to increase sales and revenue of assigned categories
  • Manage seller’s portfolio in the assigned categories including but not limited to promotion planning, brand management, traffic distribution, marketing planning, project innovation
  • Familiarize with the promotion process of e-commerce platforms and own the campaign launching, progress updates, and reviews
  • Drive category promotion feasibility and negotiate innovative deals with assigned categories according to the category industries by integrating resources and guiding sellers
  • Identify user needs to grow and meet sales targets by creating and promoting relative campaigns
  • Leverage data analysis and research to create a deep understanding of consumer potential needs and risks, and develop adjustments based on the need of the consumers to further improve efficiency
  • Create quarterly working plans and targets to ensure sales-boosting goals are met by negotiating resources

 

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in e-commerce operation, with direct experience in platform operation is a plus
  • Strong experience in communication, coordination, problem-solving, and working under pressure, as well as excellent adaptability to changes
  • Deep knowledge of e-commerce and/or social commerce operation strategy and the ability to deliver short-term and long-term operation works with execution and learning skills
  • Strong ability to handle and guide sellers’ overall performance with strong market development and innovative marketing skills
  • Strong project management and structured thinking skills with proven analytical analysis skills in the industry
  • Strong ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in both English and Chinese verbal and written communication skills
  • High patience and attentiveness
