As a Strategic Campaign Planning Team Lead of LINE SHOPPING, you will be expected to develop marketing campaign strategies, drive campaign performance, manage budget spending, initiate new campaign mechanics and set campaign structure, understand target user needs, manage Campaign Planning team’s daily operations and ad hoc activities, and dive deep into data and performance to drive better campaign performance and effective marketing activities. For example, you will have to plan yearly/quarterly campaigns and budget for platform campaigns based on marketing strategies in 2022. After that, you may lead your team members to develop campaign plans with advertising agencies, align media plans with Media Operations team, and establish communication plans with Content & SNS team.

 

As you will be part of the founding team, your primary goal is to acquire and retain customers by managing LINE SHOPPING campaigns, improving campaign performance, giving feedbacks from customer’ behavioral data, being flexible with campaign mechanic development and social media marketing tools. In this position, you will be encouraged to control target planning and create differences in marketing campaigns compared to other platforms by working with all stakeholders; Advertising Agencies, Media, Content & SNS, Merchandising, Category Management, Merchant Development, and Engineering team. Responsibilities         

  • Plan campaign strategies to achieve the target of GMV, Traffic, No. of Orders, No. of Customers, and other related key metrics that align with marketing team strategies on yearly, quarterly, and monthly bases
  • Lead Campaign Planners to plan new campaigns, manage campaign launches and action plans, improve on-going campaign’s performance, and analyze and report each campaign
  • Proactively analyze performance, define areas of improvement, and initiate marketing activities to drive campaign performance
  • Forecast campaign targets and budget usage including supported requirements from other teams
  • Analyze marketing funnel and customer segmentation to design campaign strategies based on target customer behavior and needs
  • Measure effectiveness of all marketing campaigns and assess against team goals (ROI, CIR)
  • Oversee e-commerce market trends and competitors to build attractive campaigns
  • Coordinate with LINE Central Marketing team and Advertising Agencies to launch big campaigns
  • Cooperate with Product Owner, Finance, Procurement, Compliance, Legal, Information Security team and other related teams to develop new campaign mechanics and set campaign mechanic structure
  • Identify working process problems and develop operational process improvements, working closely with Merchandising & Campaign Operations Team Lead, Media Operations Team Lead, and Content & SNS Team Lead
  • Forecast Campaign Planning Team’s workforces including managing team workload
  • Monitor Campaign Planning Team’s day-to-day operations and ad hoc activities
  • Make sure that all campaigns are ready to launch and all materials are delivered and displayed at the appropriate time and in the correct quantities
  • Act as a key management role in the link between team members and other team leaders, including Category Management, Merchant Development, Merchandising, Content & SNS, Media Operations, and Engineering team
  • Assist Marketing Team Lead in setting marketing plan and overview targets for LINE SHOPPING

 

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing or a related field
  • 5+ years of work experience in Consulting Business (Marketing or E-Commerce Projects), Strategic Planning (Media Agency), Marketing Campaign, or Digital Marketing (E-Commerce or Tech Company)
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills, along with proficiency in data and performance analysis
  • Comprehensive knowledge of marketing campaign and digital marketing
  • Result-oriented attitude and a record of initiating projects and activities
  • Passionate about online shopping and highly adaptive in identifying target customers and devising campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
  • Excellent self-learning, self-management, time-management, organizational, and prioritization skills with strong decision-making skill
  • Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects simultaneously, working both independently and in close collaboration with a wide variety of stakeholders
  • Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment and to quickly identify problems and recommend solutions
  • Flexibility to quickly adapt to changing customer and business needs
  • Positive attitude, pleasant and energetic personality, and service mindedness
  • Solid knowledge of performance analytics tools, such as Google Analytics
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to query data from database and knowledge in SQL
  • Knowledge in graphic design programs and Social Media Management platforms
