Responsibilities

  • Strategically lead and manage marketing campaigns, activities, and promotions to increase sales for Consumer Business (LINE STICKERS, LINE MELODY, and LINE HORO)
  • Monitor and guide team on content and marketing plan.
  • Work closely with Product & Partnership and Marketing & Communications teams to execute tactical campaigns and content marketing to achieve business objectives and drive revenues
  • Manage P&L which includes providing ROI analysis for each campaign and properly managing marketing budget
  • Analyze sales data and market behaviour and provide insights to the team and relevant stakeholders
  • Lead and coach junior team members with passion and positive can-do attitude
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., design, legal, finance, etc.) to ensure the plans are well-executed and delivered within timeline. This includes but is not limited to artwork creation, contract management, project timeline management, etc.
  • Validate all activities’ performance and key takeaways, as well as develop proactive improvement plans for the next activities
  • Proactively support the Consumer Business Team in achieving the team KPIs and take lead on ad hoc projects/tasks

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or related fields
  • 10+ years of work experience in partnerships, business development, marketing, or relevant fields/roles
  • Experience creating and leading initiatives to execution
  • Understanding of the Thai market, passion to capture Thai consumer trends, and ability to apply them into product and marketing tactics execution
  • Familiarity with marketing tool/system such as LINE Official Account, Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytic and etc.
  • Strong passion and interest in B2C business
  • Proven skills in data management, analysis, and convert-to-growth initiatives
  • Strong people management skills
  • Excellent cross-functional project management, problem solving, negotiation, interpersonal, and communications skills
  • High responsibility with exceptional problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to respond to last minute business requests and work under tight timelines
  • Strong interpersonal and excellent communication skills
