WEBTOON – Producer (1-year contract)
LINE WEBTOON is the home to thousands of creator-owned digital comics loved by millions of readers around the world. First launched in Thailand in 2014, LINE WEBTOON Thailand is committed to finding fresh new talents and producing relatable contents for our local audience.
We are opening a full-time position for an experienced producer. This position will work with our fun team in Thailand and the global counterpart at WEBTOON HQ in Korea and take responsibilities to help LINE WEBTOON become the best digital comic platform in Thailand.

Responsibilities
- Talent scout for local creators and support them to develop stories
- Track artists’ progress, timeline, and storyline
- Coordinate with artists, HQ, and clients in day-to-day business operations
- Review manuscripts submitted by translation companies/creators, request for revisions if necessary, then upload the revised manuscripts into an internal system
- Review, proofread, and edit all texts and illustration elements on WEBTOON
- Manage necessary documents for the artists (e.g., contracts, invoices, etc.)
Basic Qualifications
- Strong affection towards WEBTOON or cartoon
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- 3+ years of experience in content production including webtoon or a related field
- Understanding of story development and knowledge of how to apply it to media creation
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage different types of people and get along well with others
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Native proficiency in Thai and professional proficiency in English
Preferred Qualification
- Educational background in film, animation, media creation, or communication
- Ability to communicate in Korean
