This position is responsible for handling and resolving customer queries about LINE products & services and deliver the best services to customer in variety of customer support channels. This position should be a good team player to achieve Customer Care KPI target and goals.
Responsibilities
- Handle and resolve customer queries about LINE products and services via channel provided including Voice, Non-voice and social media platform in Thai and English
- Properly handle cases and customer complaints, Identify, analyze and prioritize customer issues and escalate them to higher level or cross-functional teams to resolve the issues on time
- Deliver the best services to customer and highest customer satisfaction with the right procedures
- Build customer satisfaction score to improve LINE service
- Process for the user-related answering of customer inquiries in LIUS program (LINE Internal program)
- Ensure best quality of work and communicate effectively with the team
- Able to complete special projects and/or other tasks as assigned subject to business
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in any fields
- Minimum 1 years of experience in Customer Service
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks, to prioritize those tasks and meet deadlines
- Good Computer skills and Typing Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or other relevant software application
- Be able to work 5 days a week in shift schedule (365 days operation)
- Experienced in Tech Company is a plus
- Fair command of spoken and written English is a plus
