This position is responsible for handling and resolving customer queries about LINE products & services and deliver the best services to customer in variety of customer support channels. This position should be a good team player to achieve Customer Care KPI target and goals.

 

Responsibilities

  • Handle and resolve customer queries about LINE products and services via channel provided including Voice, Non-voice and social media platform in Thai and English
  • Properly handle cases and customer complaints, Identify, analyze and prioritize customer issues and escalate them to higher level or cross-functional teams to resolve the issues on time
  • Deliver the best services to customer and highest customer satisfaction with the right procedures
  • Build customer satisfaction score to improve LINE service
  • Process for the user-related answering of customer inquiries in LIUS program (LINE Internal program)
  • Ensure best quality of work and communicate effectively with the team
  • Able to complete special projects and/or other tasks as assigned subject to business

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any fields
  • Minimum 1 years of experience in Customer Service
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks, to prioritize those tasks and meet deadlines
  • Good Computer skills and Typing Skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or other relevant software application
  • Be able to work 5 days a week in shift schedule (365 days operation)
  • Experienced in Tech Company is a plus
  • Fair command of spoken and written English is a plus
