As LINE Biz-Solution Custom Success Technical Consultant, you are the expert who knows the technical detail about Official Account Messaging APIs , LAP APIs, etc. With your support, our clients could leverage your profession to development their service / conduct marketing campaign on LINE’s platform to accomplish their business goals.
- Support clients to integrate LINE Biz solution in clients current service.
- Provide answers to clients by identifying problems; researching answers; guiding client through corrective steps.
- Work with customers/employees to identify technical problems and advising on the solution.
- Log and keep records of customer/employee queries.
- Update self-help documents so customers/employees can try to fix problems themselves.
- Work with field engineers to visit customers/employees if the problem is more serious
- 3+ years of Internet industry experience.
- Excellent skills of problem analysis and solving.
- Strong inter-personal skills and the ability to work independently.
- Great oral and written skills in both Chinese and English.
- Proficient in the knowledge of computer science such as networking, databases, and technology trend.
- Computer science or related technical degrees.
