Responsibilities

- Handle of Outsourcing Vendor Management

- Help Page PIC

- Ensure Quality Assurance by checking the answers given to users by tier 1 operators

- Handle escalated cases and customer complaints, and provide resolutions in a timely manner

- Knowledge Management

- CS Tools

- Improve CS KPI/SLA and ensure all the KPI’s/ SLA’s achieved for CS & Content Moderation

- Able to complete special projects and/or other tasks as assigned

 

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree from reputable university

- Min 7 years of experiences in customer service operation in tech industries  as supervisor or assistant manager

- Good command of spoken and written English

- Quick learner, analytic and logical thinking

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or other relevant software application  

 

Preferred Qualifications

- Customer service oriented mind and can-do attitude

- Communication skill

- Time management with efficiency and accuracy

- Problem solving skill

- Versatile – Able to think strategic as well as detail operation

- Good leadership
