Merchant Support Specialist

- Execute LINE Pay merchant operations
- Proceed merchant application review
- Support to collect voices from cooperating partners, coordinate between business, planner and development team
- 2+ years experience in payment/ e-commerce/ mobile service operation
- Related service planning experience is a huge advantage.
- Able to work in a flexible and dynamic manner under fast-changing working environment, especially the Company is rapidly growing
- Able to work independently and with teams to achieve operation goals.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to develop strong working relationships inside and outside LINE
- Excellent analytical skills with a good problem-solving attitude
- Innovative and passionate about the internet, mobile payment and LINE Pay
- End-to-End working attitude/ability, carry about detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fluent English
