Team/Position Description
We are seeking a results-driven Display ads senior Manager to lead the monetization of media and service web traffic. This role will be responsible for driving revenue growth, and developing scalable monetization strategies through both programmatic optimization and bundled ad sales initiatives. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities with commercial acumen and hands-on experience in the digital advertising ecosystem.
Responsibilities
1. Traffic Management & Yield Optimization
- Manage and optimize media/SSP traffic to maximize fill rate, eCPM, and overall yield performance.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (e.g., eCPM, Fill Rate, CTR, Viewability) and implement optimization strategies.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure efficient ad request flows and technical integrations.
2. Monetization Strategy & Package Sales
- Develop and execute monetization strategies to maximize the value of media inventory.
- Design and sell bundled advertising solutions tailored to advertiser and agency needs.
- Partner with sales teams to align product offerings with market demand and revenue targets.
3. Cross-functional & External Collaboration
- Work closely with internal stakeholders including Sales, Product, and Ad Operations to improve monetization performance.
- Collaborate with external partners such as DSPs, Ad Exchanges, and media partners to enhance traffic demand and competition.
- Evaluate and onboard new monetization tools, partners, or technologies to improve yield.
4. Data Analysis & Continuous Optimization
- Produce regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Conduct A/B testing to validate optimization strategies and improve revenue outcomes.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to continuously refine monetization strategies.
Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in digital advertising, with strong knowledge of the ad tech ecosystem (DSP, SSP, Ad Exchange, DMP).Proven experience in traffic management, yield optimization, or media monetization.Hands-on experience in bundled ad sales or solution-based selling, with the ability to package and commercialize inventory.Solid understanding of programmatic advertising, including RTB and header bidding.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actions.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across internal and external teams.
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Ad Manager (GAM) and third-party verification platforms (e.g., IAS, MOAT, DoubleVerify) is a plus.
- Proficiency in English for business communication is preferred.
