Responsibilities

  • Research marketing and social media trends
  • Grow quality OpenChat communities
  • Support and initiate marketing campaigns
  • Develop creative content on own channel of the service
  • Monitor user feedback and provide recommendations for improvement to the team
  • Research and analyze competitors’ features

 

Expected Outcomes

  • Achieve numbers of members and chat active users as assigned
  • Be able to plan and execute your own projects from end-to-end
  • Complete assigned tasks within given time

 

Qualifications

  • Marketing and advertising-related skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (advanced Excel knowledge is a plus)
  • Social media and tech savviness
  • Analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
  • Fast learner
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English and Thai
