Responsibilities
- Research marketing and social media trends
- Grow quality OpenChat communities
- Support and initiate marketing campaigns
- Develop creative content on own channel of the service
- Monitor user feedback and provide recommendations for improvement to the team
- Research and analyze competitors’ features
Expected Outcomes
- Achieve numbers of members and chat active users as assigned
- Be able to plan and execute your own projects from end-to-end
- Complete assigned tasks within given time
Qualifications
- Marketing and advertising-related skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (advanced Excel knowledge is a plus)
- Social media and tech savviness
- Analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
- Fast learner
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization
- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English and Thai
