Responsibilities
- Assist in the development of operational strategies as well as the design and implementation of strategic plans to streamline operations and enhance efficiency
- Help enhance product performance by addressing operational challenges and establishing processes and protocols
- Assist in generating ideas for marketing content to promote products
- Analyze and report on projects and operational performance, suggesting actionable improvements
- Ensure that all operational processes comply with company policies and relevant regulations
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless business operations
Expected Outcomes
- Learn to individually handle full-loop business-as-usual (BAU) tasks related to channel management execution
- Develop ability to inititate ideas for go-to-market campaigns and business improvement
Qualifications
- Willingness to learn and expand experience in managing the full loop of channel management from operations to go-to-market
- Project management, operational excellence, time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills
