Responsibilities
- Enhance the efficiency, clarity, and competitiveness of the LINE Ads guidelines, ensuring they are up-to-date and aligned with current market standards and regulatory requirements by:
- Conducting comprehensive research on the ad guidelines of other leading platforms to identify gaps and areas for improvement
- Analyzing data on current guidelines’ performance and user feedback, then develop revised ad guidelines that address identified gaps and align with best practices
- Streamline and enhance the efficiency and accuracy of the LINE Ads review process, ensuring timely and consistent evaluation of ad submissions by:
- Conducting a thorough analysis of the existing LINE Ads review process to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies
- Collecting and analyzing data on current review times and error rates as well as gathering feedback from reviewers and other stakeholders to understand pain points and areas for improvement
- Handle new product/project launches such as new LINE Ads placement by:
- Conducting A/B testing prior to new product launches
- Collecting and analyzing data for performance evaluation

Qualifications
- Demonstrated critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent project management, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to drive and implement ideas in a rapidly changing environment
- Understanding of online advertising business is a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- English writing skills
