Responsibilities
- Research marketing and social media trends
- Grow quality OpenChat communities
- Support marketing campaigns as assigned
- Assist in developing creative content on own channel of the service
- Monitor user feedback and provide recommendations for improvement to the team
- Research and analyze competitors’ features
Expected Outcomes
- Gain understanding of and experience in the acquisition and retention of users on OpenChat as well as related metrics (e.g., the number of members and chat active users)
- Develop ability to plan and execute your own projects from end-to-end
- Gain experience in coordinating with internal and external teams
Qualifications
- Marketing and advertising-related skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (Advanced Excel proficiency is a plus.)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Social media and tech savviness
- Fast learner
