Responsibilities 

  • Research marketing and social media trends
  • Grow quality OpenChat communities
  • Support marketing campaigns as assigned
  • Assist in developing creative content on own channel of the service
  • Monitor user feedback and provide recommendations for improvement to the team
  • Research and analyze competitors’ features 

 

Expected Outcomes 

  • Gain understanding of and experience in the acquisition and retention of users on OpenChat as well as related metrics (e.g., the number of members and chat active users)
  • Develop ability to plan and execute your own projects from end-to-end
  • Gain experience in coordinating with internal and external teams 

 

Qualifications 

  • Marketing and advertising-related skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (Advanced Excel proficiency is a plus.)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Social media and tech savviness
  • Fast learner
