Responsibilities 

  • Support campaign management by collaborating with the marketing team to ensure campaigns meet key performance goals (e.g., CPC, CTR, conversions)
  • Monitor performance dashboards regularly and collaborate with agencies to ensure timely adjustments and optimizations
  • Assist in media tracking implementation by setting up and monitoring media tracking tools to capture key performance data and ensure accurate measurement of campaign effectiveness
  • Facilitate cross-functional communication between teams (creative, content, data) to ensure smooth and efficient campaign execution 

 

Expected Outcomes

Qualifications 

  • Passion for digital marketing, advertising, and campaign performance. No prior experience is required, but basic knowledge of marketing concepts is a plus.
  • Proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, such as creative, content, and data teams
  • Ability to manage tasks professionally and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
  • Fun, creative, and confident
