Team: Talent Development
Responsibilities
- Training Program Coordination: Support the logistics of training programs, including scheduling, participant communication, and material preparation; collaborate with facilitators to ensure a smooth delivery of learning sessions
- Course Design & Development: Contribute to the creation of training methodology, materials, and presentations; conduct research to stay current on industry best practices and trends in talent development
- Employee Engagement: Support initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement and satisfaction
- Data Analysis: Assist in collecting and analyzing data related to learning and development effectiveness and employee engagement; generate reports and insights to evaluate the impact of learning initiatives
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the Talent Development team, including organizing meetings, maintaining training records, and handling inquiries
Expected Outcomes
- Develop ability to individually handle the full cycle of the learning and development field
- Develop ability to deliver talent development initiatives that enhance employees’ capabilities through their own projects
Qualifications
- Willingness to learn and pursue in Human Resources Development (HRD) or Learning and Development (L&D) field
- Ability to be self-learning and plan the learning experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to a collaborative team environment
