Team: Talent Development 

 

Responsibilities 

  • Training Program Coordination: Support the logistics of training programs, including scheduling, participant communication, and material preparation; collaborate with facilitators to ensure a smooth delivery of learning sessions 
  • Course Design & Development: Contribute to the creation of training methodology, materials, and presentations; conduct research to stay current on industry best practices and trends in talent development 
  • Employee Engagement: Support initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement and satisfaction 
  • Data Analysis: Assist in collecting and analyzing data related to learning and development effectiveness and employee engagement; generate reports and insights to evaluate the impact of learning initiatives
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the Talent Development team, including organizing meetings, maintaining training records, and handling inquiries 

 

Expected Outcomes  

  • Develop ability to individually handle the full cycle of the learning and development field 
  • Develop ability to deliver talent development initiatives that enhance employees’ capabilities through their own projects  

 

Qualifications 

  • Willingness to learn and pursue in Human Resources Development (HRD) or Learning and Development (L&D) field 
  • Ability to be self-learning and plan the learning experience 
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to a collaborative team environment
