Responsibilities
- Develop and manage new business opportunities with strategic cross-border partners.
- Identify, negotiate, and close deals with new partners to achieve sales targets and company objectives.
- Analyze business performance and develop strategies to enhance services and drive revenue growth.
- Stay ahead of market trends, understand user and partner needs, and define service requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple countries, leading communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Oversee project management and ensure smooth service operations.
- Strengthen relationships with existing partners, persuading them to adopt and expand LINE Pay services.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in the fintech or payment industry.
- Strong familiarity with mobile app services.
- Deep understanding of the financial industry, especially fintech trends and future developments.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships internally and externally.
