Value Proposition
We are seeking a Brand Partnership Manager to support the expansion of our brand portfolio, with a focus on well-known local and regional brands in Taiwan. This role is responsible for driving brand acquisition, developing long-term relationships, and supporting cross-functional initiatives to enhance brand presence and business performance on our e-commerce platform.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute brand development and partnership strategies by proactively identifying, pitching, and onboarding well-known or high-potential brands in the Taiwan market to strengthen category coverage and platform competitiveness.
- Monitor market trends and support the discovery of partnership opportunities, providing recommendations for brand onboarding to enrich platform diversity and drive revenue.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to plan and execute brand campaigns that enhance visibility and performance on the platform.
- Coordinate with product, marketing, and data teams to ensure successful execution of brand collaboration projects and achievement of performance targets.
- Analyze competitor strategies and market movements to support timely adjustments in brand development approaches.
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of experience in brand marketing, business development, or key account management, with hands-on experience in the e-commerce sector.
- Familiar with brand operations in mid-to-large scale local or regional brands, with a proven track record of managing marketing campaigns or brand partnerships.
- Strong sensitivity to brand positioning and market needs, with the ability to develop effective partnership proposals.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and project execution skills; experience in campaign planning or proposal development is a plus.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities, capable of maintaining long-term brand relationships.
