This position will work as a key driver to drive the acquisition and retention of SME and corporate users of LINE Official Account and related products (e.g., MyShop, MyCustomer l CRM, etc.). This role requires a person with the ability to identify key value areas of LINE Official Account and related products, build customer value-oriented messaging, and work as a trusted advisor for SME and corporate users. You will work side-by-side with product marketing, product management, and engineering teams to collaborate on LINE Official Account and related products, tools, and technologies and facilitate communication across internal groups, the sales teams, and the overall market.

 

Responsibilities

  • Initiate an end-to-end execution plan for internal and partner events to drive acquisition as well as solution optimization to maintain and increase the Thai market’s adoption of LINE Official Account and related products to grow their business objectives
  • Initiate communication and content, monthly, quarterly, and yearly plan for SME and corporate users.
  • Constantly create compelling content, product information, case studies, and other materials to define and promote LINE Official Account and related products’ point of view and evangelize them internally and externally through various channels
  • Create go-to-market communication brief to marketing and PR team
  • Initiate education content/material to drive acquisition and optimization that matches each market
  • Drive business objectives with the media, design and creative, and campaign performance teams
  • Collaborate and work closely with product marketing strategy, marketing, and PR team to ensure the communication effectively launches within the timeline
  • Conduct product and user performance analyses and identify meaningful data trends and insights from existing data sources
  • Lead and support marketing events and assigned special projects related to LINE Official and related products
  • Lead collaboration with the PR team to drive the best product publicity for LINE Official Account and related products

 

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in business, marketing, advertising, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience with a solid understanding of e-commerce, digital marketing, advertising, technology, and digital platforms
  • Ability to quickly understand emerging technologies, business needs and challenges, design solutions, and effectively communicate to customers and markets
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (especially in data visualization with pivot tables and graphs), PowerPoint, and Apple Keynote
  • Highly motivated and full of initiative, with genuine curiosity about how things work.
  • Ability to respond and work under tight timelines
  • Self-starter who can prioritize and stay on top of workload
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and delivery skills, coupled with a detail-oriented and entrepreneurial mindset

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience as a digital or technology evangelist
