Communication Strategy Manager / Senior Manager (LINE Official Account)

This position will work as a key driver to drive the communication strategy and campaign for LINE Official Account and related products (e.g., MyShop, MyCustomer l CRM, etc.) to ensure monthly, quarterly, and yearly revenue KPI achievement. This role demands a visionary who can seamlessly integrate strategic foresight with hands-on execution to fortify the business performance of LINE Official Account and related products. You will collaborate and work closely with internal teams as well as cross-functional teams (e.g., legal, compliance, event team, marketing and communications, finance, privacy, customer care, and product team) on releasing each campaign effectively and on time.
Responsibilities
- Identify business opportunities and formulate business strategies/plans for LINE Official Account and related products
- Consult and work with product teams to define action plans, key tasks, and goals based on the business strategies/plans
- Ensure implementation and execution of the strategies/plans to drive the growth of LINE Official Account and related products
- Campaign and communication performance feasibility, track, monitor, and control execution of strategies/plans.
- Conduct user and market research to understand the current trends and apply them to refine business strategies and action plans
- Take on special tasks as a project manager when requested by the Chief Commercial Officer and the Director of LINE Official Account Business
- Collaborate with all related teams to ensure the results are met
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in business, marketing, advertising or a related field
- 5+ years of experience with a solid understanding of e-commerce, digital marketing, advertising, technology, and digital platforms
- Ability to quickly understand emerging technologies, business needs and challenges, design solutions, and effectively communicate to customers and markets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (especially in data visualization with pivot tables and graphs), PowerPoint, and Apple Keynote
- Highly motivated and full of initiative, with genuine curiosity about how things work
- Ability to respond and work under tight timelines
- Self-starter who can prioritize and stay on top of workload
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and delivery skills, coupled with a detail-oriented and entrepreneurial mindset
- Fully understand SME and corporate markets, LINE Official Account, and related products.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as an SME or in an e-commerce business
