We are seeking a skilled and motivated Privacy Counsel to join our team. The successful candidate will play a role in overseeing and managing our organization's privacy-related activities and will be involved in working with cross-entities and functional teams to ensure compliance with applicable privacy regulations and manage privacy issues that arise.
Responsibilities

Legal Guidance: Provide legal advice and counsel to internal/external stakeholders on privacy-related matters.

Risk Assessment: Conduct privacy impact assessments and risk analyses for new and existing services and features, identifying potential privacy issues and recommending solutions.

Contract Review: Examine privacy-related documents (including contracts, primarily in English), and offer appropriate feedback to protect the company's best interests.

Incident Response: Support the organisation in responding to privacy incidents or breaches, including investigation, mitigation, and notification procedures.

Others: Handling privacy-related tasks assigned.
Basic Qualifications

A law degree with proficiency in English, verbal and written.

Any privacy certification (e.g. CIPP/E, ISO27701, etc.) is a plus.
