Business Development Lead (LINE Official Account)

This position will serve as a key business growth driver for LINE for Business Solutions, including LINE Official Account, MyShop, MyCustomer (CRM), and other solutions within designated focus industries. The role plays a critical part in accelerating revenue growth on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis by translating strategic goals into actionable business initiatives. Through industry leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and data-informed planning, this position ensures continuous improvement in business adoption, partner performance, and solution effectiveness across the ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Take responsibility for the overall performance of key focus industries such as fashion, health & beauty, mom & baby, pet, etc.
  • Gather all insights and analyse all data from both external and internal reports to identify key drivers to grow the market
  • Initiate business strategic plans to effectively grow the usage as well as spending on the platform throughout the year and continuously develop the plans to ensure they fit the market in that period
  • Manage KPIs and project budgets to ensure measurable performance outcomes and positive ROI for each initiative
  • Lead and coach the team at the hands-on level
  • Develop education plans and content management to ensure the communication in the industry is easy and well adopted
  • Work closely with strategic key accounts as well as seek new potential account line-ups to grow the overall industry
  • Identify strategic business partners and initiate strategic programs or projects that have a positive impact on the revenue target
  • Coordinate with internal teams on product updates, marketing alignment, and compliance matters to support campaigns, events, and business operations
  • Track and report weekly, quarterly, and yearly team performance, highlighting key results and areas for improvement

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in business, marketing, advertising, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience with a solid understanding of marketing, digital marketing, e-commerce, advertising, technology, and digital platforms
  • Knowledge of LINE solutions
  • Ability to adapt and apply appropriate marketing techniques to grow different industries within the SME market
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and delivery skills, as well as detail-oriented and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Ability to quickly understand emerging technologies, business needs, and challenges, design solutions, and effectively communicate to customers and markets
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (especially in data visualization with pivot tables and graphs), PowerPoint, Keynote, and Canva
  • Highly motivated and full of initiative, with genuine curiosity about how things work
  • High sense of ownership
  • Ability to respond and work under tight timelines

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in team management
