Position Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and goal-oriented SMB Business Growth Manager to join our team.
This role will be responsible for acquiring new merchants, driving business growth through LINE OA SHOP, and executing key GTM initiatives.
The ideal candidate has strong project execution capability, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping merchants succeed through LINE’s ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive core KPIs including new merchant onboarding, GMV growth, order volume, and merchant retention.
  • Develop and execute the FY25 strategic plan, including budget allocation, resource alignment, and partner engagement.
  • Plan and host LINE OA SHOP info sessions, webinars, and key events (e.g., SMB Day, third-party conferences).
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including managed service partners and tech partners, to drive market expansion.
  • Prepare audience-specific presentation materials and conduct public speaking engagements to promote OA SHOP features and benefits.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from merchants and events to optimize outreach strategy and product messaging.

  • Business acumen and the ability to translate data insights into action plans.
  • Capable of creating professional presentation materials and delivering engaging public talks.
  • Quick learner with the ability to turn complex product features into user-friendly content.
  • Experience with LINE products, digital marketing, or e-commerce platforms is a strong plus.
  • Bonus: Experience as a trainer, speaker, or event host.
